Project One: Operational strategy assessment of Domino’s UK, analysing speed as an order winner and evaluating inventory control using the Order-Up-To (OUT) model, with explicit trade-offs between service level, safety stock, forecast accuracy, and food waste under high-volume, perishable demand.
Project Two: Process analysis of a UK sock manufacturer, mapping batch production flows and applying demand forecasting techniques to evaluate capacity planning, inventory implications, and analytical decision-making under variable demand.
